The 3-Day Serengeti Migration Safari is designed for travelers who want to build a short Tanzania safari around the Great Migration rather than simply visit the Serengeti as a fixed destination.
The migration moves throughout the year, following rainfall, fresh grazing and water. For that reason, the best area to visit changes with the season. Depending on your travel dates, this safari can focus on Southern, Central, Western or Northern Serengeti, with the route planned around the most relevant migration areas at the time.
You will spend two nights in the Serengeti with extended game drives focused on finding wildebeest and zebra herds, predators and seasonal wildlife activity. The safari then continues to Ngorongoro Crater for a concentrated final game drive before returning to Arusha.
